Made a video and it was zoomed. Can it can be zoomed out?

Hi so I recorded a video and didn’t realize it was zoomed in... is there any way that it can be zoomed out so I can see what I was wanting to record?? Like if I made a video of my hand and it zoomed it from a distance and only got my thumb can it be fixed so it’s the same video but see my whole hand instead of it being zoomed in
