My enter key and 0
key seem to be interconnected. I did the troubleshooting with the keyboard display from the input menu and they light up at the same time. Is this fix something that is going to cost me $200
or is there a simpler, cheaper way to fix?0

It sounds like the built-in keyboard is bad. Try using an external keyboard to see if the same problem occurs. If it only occurs on the built-in keyboard, then the built-in Keyboard will need to be replaced (it is part of a larger Top Case Assembly which also includes the Trackpad, battery and speakers and possibly Touchbar).
