Go Here: View or Remove your Associated Devices on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
Try the "Deauthorize All" Button:
Note that you have to wait one year to deauthorize all devices at once. So, try using the "Deauthorize All" button. All would be good from there. It would dissociates it from your Apple ID. This can only performed once-per year. So, see if you can do so, using then link I've provided above.
- Open: iTunes, TV, or Music
- Go to: Account menu
- Select: View My Account
- Enter: Apple Account Password (if prompted)
- Scroll to: Computer Authorizations
- Click: Deauthorize All button
