I need help i know my apple id but have a diffrent phone number and it wont let me put that jn there to unlock my apple id

Need to get into my uncles i pad he gave me that is in his name i have his password and stuff just he is in jail and we dont have access to his phone number to reset password since his account is locked

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
