Removing Payment/No Subscriptions

I’m trying to remove a credit card as payment. It says I cannot do that because I have a subscription, and that I need to add a new form of payment. I go to my Apple ID it says I have no subscriptions. I’ve never subscribed to anything through Apple.I do not have family sharing. I can’t download any apps as a result. The only thing I did with the debit card is occasionally bought extra coins on the game I was playing . But it was not a subscription.
