Facebook and Messenger not working

I can't log in to my facebook and messenger application on my Iphone XS max for 5 months straight. It doesn't have a problem because my phone is updated and also my facebook and messenger. Even if I reset all the settings in my iphone, what happens when i try to log in is "Login Error. An unexpected error occured. Please try logging in again." But I can log in my account in other iphone. I already bought a new phone which is Iphone 12 Pro max, sync all my files to the new phone. then i tried to log in in messenger and facebook and it's still not working. what can I do? This is a hassle for me since I am a student and we use facebook and messenger for communicating. I don’t know if the problem is within the app or in my apple id or icloud since I used it both in XS max and 12 Pro Max. Maybe you can reset the datas of my facebook in my icloud or appstore. Please I need your response.

Provide Apple Feedback:

Do your Part: If you have come across something does not work as it should, then I recommend that you report this to Apple.  Apple Support will not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on and what needs to be fixed.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment On: When you came across this, and how you have troubleshot it, thus far
  4. Proceed from there as necessary.
