need advice with my broken case

hey guys, i recently purchased an apple case for the iphone 12 pro and within the month my case has broken. I take the upmost care of all my apple products and i’m really disappointed with this as i am i huge fan of apple and their products. i love their cases, SO bright and vibrant but this is really really annoying and a major inconvenience as the case cost me 2 payslips. Is there anything i can do, i’ve tried to reach out but got nothing. could really use the recommendations.

hello taylor, this seems like such a inconvenience my condolences to you and your phone case. i hope apple can help you out with this problem as i’ve had a similar problem in the past. hope this makes you feel better about your phone case.

Contact a Retailer:

Contact your local retailer to find out if they offer service for this, and what the price for it is. Many places offer different prices. So, I would find a review of that store, seeing how reliable they truly are.  Google it by its name and store location.
