Refund

Hi I had to add my card details as I needed an app, which my card wasn’t used for that app but it was used for another Roblox at $14.99 and I only put it on today 24th February and was used by someone in Brisbane so I have deleted my card details and would like a refund for this as I got a invoice for the amount and what it was used for

How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
