Refund

Hi,

In my opinion my situation is not very clear. Earlier, I used this card on which the money was debited (screenshot in the attachment) as a salary card. But for the last 1.5-2 years I changed my salary card and did not use this card in the above period of time. In December 2021, I started using this card for my personal purposes and it turned out that for a given period of time, 1890 Kazakhstani tenge were debited every month. At the moment, I don’t remember for what purposes I carried out operations for this amount, maybe this amount is deducted for some subscription, which I don’t remember and definitely don’t use. in the settings, I could not make a refund. Please consider my request and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
