I am switching from Android to Apple and I purchased my very first Apple phone. I am not sure how Apple ships their phones but I got mine at 0% out of the box. I have never encountered this with any of my phones before and I usually get my previous phones around 75% but not fully charged. I just want to know if this is normal.
Has anyone experienced this?

This is highly unusual. All my Apple devices always came pre-charged, not 100% but pretty close to it. I think you should contact Apple Support about it. The battery might be bad.

Purchase Apple Products, from an Apple Online Store, Apple Retail Stores, and many Apple-authorized resellers and wireless service providers.
