I recently did an inspection of my 2020 MacBook Pro and I found the bottom case a little bent near the left and right vents. I'm uncertain if whether this MacBook Pro was designed like this and other mbps look like this too or if this is a defective product.

Mine does not look like that, if you have an Apple Store near you, I would suggest you make an appointment to have it looked at. The other option is to give a call to Apple Support and see what they would like you to do.
