Access denied to lowe’s.com on iPhone 11

Access denied to lowe’s.com on iPhone 11 while using Safari. Deleting all of the cookies and cache data did not solve my issue. Can someone please provide me with some help on an iPhone?

This is the only website I have come across on my phone where access is denied. I have gone to this website many times but just recently it is showing:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "lowes.** on this server

I changed my browser to Bing and I was able to access the website. Not sure what changed.

Bing is not a browser. It is a search engine option in the Safari browser..
