I reset the AirPod Max and I customized the sound with all the possibilities. The mic is not working well for phone calls or conference calls even using FaceTime.

Thanks. After chatting with support we decided to return the AirPod Max to Apple.
Hope I will be able to order again when the issue with the mic will be solved on the AirPod Max.
it is worded full for music and it fits perfectly well. Super comfortable. A pity that the mic is not working properly for phone/conference calls
