People cannot listen to my voice clear and loud when using AirPods Max.

To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.

1. Does the issue only happen when using your AirPods Max with your iPhone? For example, if you use your AirPods Max with another device, do you experience the same issue?
2. Since noticing this issue, have you tried resetting your AirPods using these steps? Reset your AirPods If so, does resetting correct the issue temporarily?
3. Does changing the microphone setting for your AirPods seem to improve the issue at all? More about that under the "Set Microphone to left, right, or automatic" part of this page: Change the settings of your AirPods and AirPods Pro
