CoreServicesUIAgent pop-up annoyance

Hi, I was just going about my day and doing work on Microsoft Teams when a CoreServicesUIAgent window came up saying that "InitialSkilld" would damage my computer so naturally, I went to look for this "InitialSkilld" file that I must have accidentally downloaded (I didn't). I then tried to use some different combinations to dismiss the window to no avail, later I opened up Activity Monitor to quit the application but the pop-up returned some 15 seconds later I even tried to put the pop-up onto another desktop. Going onto an Apple discussion thread it seems as if I'm the only person who's ever had this problem (YouTube didn't provide any help either). In case my machine or software could affect this here are the specs of it below:

MacBook Air 2020 (M1)

8GB Unified Memory

256GB SSD Storage

MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1
