Account disabled

I recently had my credit card changed and now it is saying my account is disabled and when I try to enter the new credit card number it won’t let me and just keeps saying my account is disabled

iPhone 8, iOS 14

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
