What use in “experimental webkit features” for iphone/ipad?

What are they guys? Some are on. Others off. What is their value? Please explain why they default on/off as set up by Apple.

Generally i like to stop tracking in all forms...only using what creates better end-user experience.

None of them have anything to do with tracking. They are all features that are primarily of interest to website developers. The default settings offer the best user experience. There is one that can interfere with setting up a gmail account in the built-in mail app. It is the last one, requestidleCallback, that should be turned off if you have problems with gmail. But there would also be no harm in turning them all off; if you do, make note of the default settings first (with screenshots) in case something stops working.
