Reset all settings - iPad

If I reset all the settings on my iPad, will it affect my iCloud and settings on my phone? I am nervous to wipe my iPad and lose precious files and pictures that are on my iPhone.

A settings reset of your iPad will have zero impact on your iPhone. Data stored on your iPhone and iCloud will be unaffected.
