Instagram notifications not working.

Ok so I have my iPhone 11 pro iOS 14.4 and running Instagram Version 176.0. For the last 6 to 7 months I never received notifications from the app. Now, yes I have checked all and I mean all notifications settings on my iphone and the app itself, everything is enable!

I tried deleting the app, logging out and back in, but nothing resolves the issue. I also tried deleting the app, then doing an icloud back up without the instagram app, restoring the iPhone and then recovering my iphone from the icloud back up and downloading the app from the app store again, but the issue persists. At this point I do not know what else to do.

If anyone has any other ideas, I would greatly appreciate it!
