Failed to set up iPhone 12

The screen froze when I was trying to transfer data from my old phone (iPhone 6s, iOS 14.2) to the new one. Now I can't turn off my phone and it didn't respond for a while.

iPad (7th gen) stopped working during a data transfer to an iPhone 12 mini My son got a new iPhone 12 mini and we initiated the data transfer process from his old iPad (7th generation) which up to that point had been his primary device. In the middle of the data transfer process, the iPad completely shut down and we have not been able to turn it back on since then (even after charging it for days). Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any ideas? It's hard to troubleshoot because we can't get it to turn on but there is still a lot of stuff on his iPad that he'd like access to. Erasing data and restoring iPhone X to factory settings. I began restoring my iPhone X to factory settings and the loading process is unchanged or well over 2 hours. I can still hear the vibration alert when I plug in cable to charge it, but it won't connect to devices like my computer. The phone is completely un working and stuck on the loading screen with apple logo. I tried hard resetting, alas did not work. Any insight would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks! This isn't my phone, nor my photo, but it looks very similar to the picture.
