Deleted files still appearing in storage under "APPS_OTHER

Hi guys,

I decided to delete a bunch of old documents/programs. The main one being a Steam game (Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor) because it’s a whopping 61GB of space! 

But, after deleting both the game and the Steam app for some reason it’s still on my computer, but only showing in storage, and file kind is listed as “APPS_OTHER” - I can’t delete it! Still taking up 61GB of space. When I try to go to its location (the file storage systems shows me the path) there’s nothing there, it's not a legitimate pathway/location. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

To be clear; 

• Have rebooted (3x)
• Emptied trash. 
• Have optimised and ran through it again last night to double-check.
• It's listed under applications, not 'other' storage.

Pic attached to give a clearer idea. As I said, can't delete and won't show up in finder if clicked on, the pathway non-existent. This is the only place the file/application appears. Maybe some extraneous cached files or something?
