Every time I’m playing music (on podcast, Apple Music, Spotify, and SoundCloud) and open any messenger (WhatsApp, iMessage, FB, IG) the music stops and I will have to swipe down and press play again then go back to the message. If the phone is locked and I reopen the message, it happens again. Any way to stop this? My current iPhone X is running on IOS 14.4. Thanks!

Since you've already fully updated your iOS on your device, the next steps would be to force close your music and messaging apps, then restart your iPhone.
