I've recently moved countries and I'm not in the UK so I wanted to add my new UK bank card to my apple pay wallet, went and changed location etc in my settings to the UK but my wallet still only gives me my home country's banks as options? if i try to choose ''another bank'' from the options, it won't let me add the british card (it supports AP). How can I change the location and get the UK list available to me in my wallet?

The Apple ID region and region of the device need to match the bank region.
Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct. If it is correct, you may need to select the same region again. (Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support)

We'd like to help get your payment method updated.
You mentioned changing the region in your settings, but there are actually two locations for this. The one that would affect the payment options would be for your Apple ID. If you changed your region only in the general Settings, we recommend making sure that your Apple ID region is also changed to the UK.
Another thing to try would be adding the payment method using another device other than your iPhone to see if the same issue occurs.
