Does Face ID support wear face mask?

There isn't enough of your face visible when you're wearing a mask. Face ID doesn't have enough data to work with. What you're asking would involve completely rewriting the facial recognition algorithm.

Face ID does not work with your mask on. However, your iPhone/iPad will immediately prompt you for the password instead of the usual blank screen with the grey words.
