calls are going straight to voicemail, DND is off, but when screen is locked calls still go to voicemail

- Ringer Volume level
- Call Forwarding to another number
- Silence Unknown Callers [Enable] Calls status : Only numbers in Contacts, Mail, and Messages ring your phone. All others are diverted to VM
- Blocked Calls
