Set page size to match iPad

Hi,

I'm trying to use Pages to write a short iBook style back.

I need to be able to set the page size on Pages to match the screen size soon my iPad.

At the moment, things are all out of whack.

As I'm working on Pages, everything looks just fine but when I look on my iPad the page breaks are all in different positions.

Any suggestions?

Phil

Try setting a custom sheet size to match the dimensions of your iPad's screen.

In a new Pages document, go to Pages > Page Setup, choose a paper size to fit the iPad screen OR choose Manage Custom Sizes, and make a Custom page the same size or slightly smaller than the iPad screen size. Copy the text from the problem document, and Paste it into the new one (with the Paper size set to the Custom size values.

Because the print area on pages of this document is likely different from the print area on a US Letter or A4 sheet, you will still see the page breaks in different locations than they were in the original document. You can get a closer match by adjusting the font size, but for readability, that might be a less that satisfactory solution.

Barry
