Can't Download Walkie Talkie

Hello everyone,

I have an Apple Watch Series 4 that is updated to the latest version. But I cannot download Walkie Talkie. I had a look already through the community and it said to check if you have FaceTime downloaded and working on your iPhone. It the said to reset the watch and the iPhone. When I went to the App Store on my Apple Watch I couldn't get it. It says "Requires iPhone". Any help would be greatly appreciated
