Apple One Premier plan is not available option in my account (should be as it's available in my country) - Any help?

I want the premier version as the only reason for the upgrade is that 200GB is not enough, I must upgrade to a 2TB storage plan and even above.

At first, I thought I can't see it in my upgrading options because I don't have an Apple one subscription so I upgraded to Apple one family but unfortunately Premier subscription is still unavailable.
