Belkin Sreen Protector Replacement

Apple markets Belkin screen protectors with lifetime warranty claims when installed in store but Belkin denies that. How do you get the replacement after it cracked? I’ve contacted Belkin 4 times, by phone and email. I’ve been to 2 different Apple stores (pre-Covid) and asked multiple employees (incl store mgr) how to do it, they say they just go to the link, but no one can tell you what link or what to select where on the Belkin site (was told once it’s connected devise warranty, Belkin denied). If you’ve gotten a replacement, please tell us HOW?!
