I have a ipad that is a few years old and i would like to do a factory reset. My question is my phone photos are on my ipad will it delete my photos on my phone also?

Not sure which ipad i have

A reset of your iPad will not affect any data stored in iCloud - or have any impact at all upon your iPhone.
