My iPhone 7s is not working anymore and now i have iPhone 11 but i can’t find my Photos in my icloud.
is there anyway to get back my Old photos from my icloud cause im using the same iCloud on my new iPhone.

Did you have iCloud Photos enabled on your older iPhone? When you got your new iPhone did you restore it from an iCloud backup? Did you sign into your new iPhone with the same Apple ID? You can go to https://www.icloud.com on a computer browser to check for any photos in iCloud. If you don't see them there, they are not in iCloud under that Apple ID.
