Hello marta,

Here's the link that people will want to post:

If you’ve forgotten the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled

https://support.apple.com/HT211078

However, the instructions in that link are a-priori not the ones you asked for because they require a computer. If you have no computer, several references suggest it may be possible to reset a disabled device or one for which you have forgotten the passcode. This method requires you have access to another mobile device and a recent iCloud backup to restore your data. You will also definitely need to know your Apple ID and password.

1. Use the Find My app, or a web browser signed into https://www.icloud.com/find , to erase the disabled device. More at iCloud: Erase your device with Find My iPhone - https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/erase-your-device-mmfc0ef36f/icloud

2. Restore the device from its backup.

Even if you have no backup, if you were using some iCloud services to sync items such as Contacts or Photos those may reappear once you sign back into your iCloud account --> Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - https://support.apple.com/HT208681
