Whenever I try to update procreate, this window pops up. I click download, and the window pops up Adrain one second later. I click download again, and it pops up. Over. And over. And over. I’m really angry now and I want a solution. I do not like apple but procreate is the best Drawing app so I use an iPad. Here is the window:

Hi. I fixed it on my own. Just in case anyone else has this problem, here’s what I had to do:
first, I offloaded the app, so that my data in procreate would be Kept. To do this: iPad settings> general> iPad storage> Procreate> offload app. Then, I went to the App Store to reinstall it. It will say that pop up in the picture, I click download. It downloads with the newest software I can get!! Proves you wrong, @QuickTimeKirk.

Your device is too old to download modern app versions.
No, it’s not. I downloaded it with this exact window when I had iOS 8. Now I have iOS 12. There is an update, and it’s telling me I can get it. But the App Store is glitching
