Apple ID issues

New IPhone 12 synced with old Iphone8. I’m stucked in this position. After correct User and Psw it’s just spinning and not go anywhere. Tried to Log Out both Apple ID and ICloud and tried again and also restart. Nothing work

it is Swedish and says;

Settings Apple-ID

Some Account Services will not be accessible until I Log In again


  • and that is not working...


what to do ?
