iCloud Notes in web browser with Apple Pencil

I have several notes that I create in the notes app on my ipad using apple pencil. If I want to view these notes on another device such as a PC, I can access it on icloud.com. The typed notes display correctly, however the handwritten notes are in a .PNG format. In the browser it is too small to view and I cannot zoom in. If I download the image file, the resolution is too small to read anything from these notes.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
