How do I get back strong security on my iPhone because it says weak security and is therefore disconnected ?

The weak security is an issue with the security of your wi-fi network. You need to change the security settings in your router. See the information in this support document for help. Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
