I have a WD Mycloud 4tb running as my Time Machine via Wifi. Backups were fine but after I upgraded my MacBook Pro (15" 2019 8 Core) to Catalina it's only showing 2 days (today and yesterday) worth of backups. (The Mycloud is telling me my oldest backup is Aug 2020.) I have reset the Mycloud, I have reset the wifi connection, but no luck. Any ideas what to try next? Thanks.
Sounds like TM isn’t connected to the backup drive, so it’s showing only the local snapshots. If you tried turning TM off, rebooting and then turning it back on?
How long ago did you do the update? It could only be showing you the most current ones because those are the only ones compatible with the version of macOS that you have installed on your computer.
I have re-selected the drive and it's doing a new backup now. I'll check it once the backup is finished.
No luck. It has completed a backup but still only showing today and yesterday in time machine. I also restarted the Mycloud and did a reset on it without success. Thoughts anyone?

I updated to Catalina about 6 months ago so should be showing backups at least that old. It has shown all my old backups once, (back to mid 2020) but no idea what I did to get them to show..
