Can't reset my security questions

I need to reset my security questions because the answers are botched on Apple's servers. But when I try to change the security questions, Apple sends a confirmation request to a secondary email that no longer exists.

I can't log in to my account because the security questions are botched. But I can't change the security questions because the secondary email no longer exists.

Why I can't reset my security questions? Yesterday I received a few emails that someone has been changed and updated my account (password, security questions & answers and date of birth). I did NOT do anything. So, today I am trying to change my password (successfully), but when I login to apple page, it requires to enter security answers. Because they were changed by someone else, I could not login then. Could you please help me to reset my security questions (and answers)? Can I reset Security Question through email instead? I can log in but I only forget answers to Security Questions I can log in to my Apple ID to e.g. Apple Discussion, but when I tried to log in to appleid.apple.com, I was presented with security question in which I forget the answer, clicking 'Reset Security Questions' doesn't help, as I was presented with yet another security questions whose answer I forgot.

On another thread someone posted 1-800-275-2273.

Wait time was excellent, about 5 minutes. And they were able to get me out of this conundrum.

Need to call them. Someone on their support staff needed to reset my account.

My frustration was that the support links kept sending me around in a circle and never brought me to a page with a phone number.
