I have two apple iClouds. My new iPhone 12 will not let me enter the items I purchased with the first Apple ID. My old iPhone 6 allowed it. Now I cannot see items (books) I purchased and have not read.

I have two apple IDs. My old iPhone 6 allowed me to download purchases made with the old Apple ID. My new iPhone 12 will not. I have books purchased under an app with the old ID. How can I get them on the new phone.

You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
