When I try to sign in using my iCloud email, it says that it doesn’t exist. How would I be able to recover my password or my ID email?

iCloud email issue I can't seem to log into my icloud email. I've never had this problem before. When trying to log in, it says "You're Apple ID or password was incorrect" I know I didn't forget my password (I write all my passwords down). So I click on "Forgot Password" then it makes me input my Apple ID. I reset the password, but all this is doing is changing my Apple ID password. My iCloud email is different from my Apple ID.

Apple ID email no longer exists Hi! I have forgotten the password for my existing Apple ID and the email address on it no longer exists. Also the phone not associated with it doesn’t exists either. Help! Any suggestions?
