Whenever I call someone it says the number is busy. But in reality, the number is not busy. I can hardly make 5% of the total calls I try. Such a ****** service from the biggest cellphone brand. Fedup of it

I believe that you have been misinformed. Apple does NOT provide any cellular service. Who is your cellular service provider? That is whom you would / should have called. IF your cellular service is not up to your satisfaction then call them and let them know.
