We want you to be able to FaceTime successfully. Does this only happen with a specific contact? Which device is this occurring on, and what's happening when you try to FaceTime them?

Give the steps in this article a try: If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If it only occurs with this specific contact, have them check their settings including blocked settings: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
