Problem for connecting my MacBook Pro to internet

Sometimes, i have a problem to be connected to internet either via ethernet cable or via wifi. I use a MacBook Pro 15" of 2018 with macOS Big Sur v: 11.2.2 . SuddentlyI loss my internet connexion and I am obliged to restart my computer to allow it to connect to internet?

Do you have a solution?

In General—

Disable any VPN or Proxy servers you are using

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus

Power Cycle your router

Choose different DNS from >System Preferences>Network>Advanced>DNS

Do a safe boot if necessary to clear system cache files  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
