phone is frozen
my phone has done this before and usually i can watch a youtube video and get it working again but this time its nt working if i restart my phone with assive touch will that earase my data ?

We’re happy to help out with your iPhone. Restarting is almost always a good first step to try for troubleshooting and it shouldn’t erase your data. Keeping your iPhone backed up, should help ease any worries of lost data. But if the issue continues, you need to find out what’s causing this behavior.
Have you tried force restarting your iPhone? If not, see Force restart iPhone and give that a try.
If your iPhone continues to freeze up, take a look at If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t turn on or is frozen.
After looking over those articles and trying suggested steps, if your iPhone still freezes, let us know what iOS software version is installed (Settings > General > About). Also, does this happen when using certain apps or performing a particular function? Let us know more details.
