My phone is flashing no service and searching and it’s a familiar problem with these iPhone 7’s but I can’t call Apple because my phone won’t work so I was trying to email them but they have no email what next? Ok

I have tried all of the remedies on the Apple site and none of them work. Some say it can be fixed for free so I’m say it can’t if it’s a certain phone and I think that is my phone so what do I do just throw it away?
