MacBook Pro - Screen Cleaners for Kitchen Environement

I cook a lot and therefore have my MacBook in the kitchen. There is a slight film on my screen that won't come off with just water and a microfiber cloth. Any suggestions for a solvent that will break down the grime but not remove any coating?

Screen cleaning products I have a MacBook 16" 2021 and the screen is fantastic apart from one thing: it's a fingerprint magnet. Can anyone recommend a cloth and screen cleaner that does not leave it with streaks all over it or a residue behind. Thanks in advance..
