Is there an email address for Apple support.

Because of this pandemic I am outside of the USA and am locked out of my Ipad. mini. I am a senior citizen was ill -had not used the IPAD for a long time and cannot remember the answers to the security questions. When I go online it says there is not sufficient information to reset the questions.

I just spent over 20 minutes in overseas long distance charges speaking to an Apple support rep who promised to send me directions by email but no directions came. I can prove everything to Apple that the Ipad is mine Is there an email address for Apple support? Anyone who can help me I would so appreciate.

Not that I know of but you can chat with them instead of calling them. Use chat goes through the internet so you won't be charged for long-distance calls.

  2. Click iPad
  3. Click Apple ID & iCloud
  4. Click Forgotten password or disabled device. You should then see the following and you only need to click on Chat:
