How do I change my signature? I show it's set up but I can't see how to change it.

I somehow have a default signature on my iphone email app that's connected to my gmail. I can't figure out how I created it or how to change it now. Anyone know the trick?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Settings > Mail > Signature > (Click on Signature) From there you edit it.
