how can i back up my iphone if the backup is off and my iphone screen broke?

Im trying to backup my Iphone xr to my Iphone 11 the only problem is the backup on the XR is off!

Backups must occur before catastrophes. After a catastrophe, it’s too late.

This would not be possible even if both iPhones were working. An iPhone can be backed up to either a computer or iCloud.
