Change to Apple Watch Health VO2 Max calculation?

Did you make any changes to your iOS, Settings, or profile around the time you noticed that drop? If you did, that may explain the sudden drop you're seeing.

Then, from what you've described, it sounds like it would be best to Contact Apple Support for this issue going forward. They can look into his a bit more with you to try to try to figure out why you experienced that drop in your average levels.
