When using 4G data speeds, are you able to load any online content through other apps, such as Safari? If you can load data through other apps, you may need to change the cellular settings for those apps. This will ensure that you have cellular data turned on for those apps. Follow the steps under, "Set whether cellular data is used for apps and services," from this article to check the cellular data setting for the apps you mentioned: View or change cellular settings on iPhone.
If you have no data through any of the apps, look to see if your iPhone is indicating there is "No Service", or that the service is "Searching."
